Talkeetna Northern Guest House : Rooms

(on second floor, up a spiral staircase) Sleeps 2. Two twin beds.

All 3 rooms have private bathrooms with showers. They come equipped with alarm clocks, room heaters, extra blankets, towels and pillows.

Each room is spacious, providing privacy, or our guests can enjoy the shared company of our other guests. We ask that the noise be quieted by 10 p.m. for the consideration of everyone.

All accommodations include shared areas, which include use of the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, ping-pong, piano, classic movie viewing from our DVD and VHS collection, games, and an upstairs reading room.

All of our guests also have the use of outdoor ammenities which include badminton, bicycles (mountain, touring, and an adult three-wheel bike), fire ring in front yard and an indoor fire pit in backyard. All a part of your stay with us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Check, or Money order. Check-in is usually between 3 and 6 p.m. but with prior arrangements, it can be adjusted. Check-out is by noon, but again, with prior arrangements it too can be adjusted.

Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 to 7 days of reservation date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation are non-refundable.

Pets are welcome upon pre-approval and a damage deposit of $25.00. There is a charge of $10.00 per pet. The damage deposit will be returned to the registered guest, if warranted, within 3 days.
